Dermatologists of Southwest Ohio (DSWO) is a private dermatology practice that has been serving patients in 18 locations throughout the Greater Cincinnati area for over 45 years. Our new Western Hills location is now open and currently accepting new patients with same day or same week appointment availability.
Serving our patients is board-certified dermatologist, Dr. Nathan Weir, who holds both a Doctor of Medicine and a Doctor of Philosophy in biomedical sciences. Joining him is Bria Barjuca, a board-certified nurse practitioner, who has extensive experience in dermatology and experience as a trauma nurse. Our team is equipped to provide personalized care tailored to your unique skin care needs. Offering both general and cosmetic dermatology services, from acne treatment to skin cancer treatment, we are here to help you!
General Dermatology
We specialize in the diagnosis, treatment, and maintenance of a wide range of dermatological conditions for patients of all ages. This includes preventative annual full-body skin cancer screenings and treatments. Our comprehensive medical dermatology services address common issues such as acne, rosacea, psoriasis, eczema, hair loss, dandruff, keloids, scars and scar revision, cysts, and moles.
Cosmetic Dermatology
We provide cosmetic skin care such as lasers, skin rejuvenation, injectables, biostimulators, and varicose vein treatment.

Dr. Weir is a board-certified dermatologist with a medical doctorate and a PhD in biomedical sciences from Wayne State University. His areas of interest include general adult and pediatric dermatology, cosmetic dermatology, and dermatological surgery.
Bria Barjuca, CNP
Bria is a board-certified nurse practitioner passionate about providing superior patient care. With years of experience diagnosing and treating a wide variety of dermatological conditions, she focuses on helping patients feel and be their best. Her areas of interest include complex medical dermatology, surgery, and cosmetic dermatology.
